About Us

Real Green Solutions, LLC was formed in 2008 by Ronald L. Myers, Jr. and Debbie Myers.


Ronald has over 25 years in residential construction with a degree in Construction Management. He has held positions with large and small residential construction companies, with responsibilities in most every area involved in new homes construction, from designing homes, estimating, constructing and several years in residential land development. He is currently certified in these areas: a ResNet certified H.E.R.S rater; a LEED AP, a Certified Green Professional through N.A.H.B, a LEED for Homes Green Rater; a NAHB Green verifier, an approved Builders Challenge verifier, a certified Environments for Living verifier, and an Earthcraft Technical Advisor. Ron is also a BPI(Building Performance Institute) Analyst, and Envelope Specialist.

Debbie has 16 years of experience working in general real estate and on site for new home builders. She was responsible for marketing and advertising for a builder for 5 years. She presently has her Broker’s License and strives to work with local Realtor Associations to educate them on what “Green” means to them, builders and consumers.

HBAMT – Founded in 1941, the HBAMT is an affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders(NAHB). A voluntary non-profit trade association, HBAMT is dedicated to promoting the American dream of homeownership in Middle Tennessee through affordable, quality housing.  www.hbamt.net

RESNET – The Residential Energy Services Network’s mission is to ensure the success of the building energy performance certification industry, set the standards of quality, and increase the opportunity for ownership of high performance buildings.

RESNET’s standards are officially recognized by the U. S. mortgage industry for capitalizing a building’s energy performance in the mortgage loan, certification of “White Tags” for private financial investors and by the federal government for verification of building energy performance for such programs as federal tax incentives, the Environmental Protection Agency’s ENERGY STAR program and the U. U.S. Green Building Council – The U.S. Green Building Council(USGBC) is a Washington, D.C. – based 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization committed to a prosperous and sustainable future for our nation through cost-efficient and energy-saving green buildings.
